Cancellation, refund and substitution
- Cancellation can be done on or before 23 September 2019 with refund less 20% Administration charge. Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full registration fee. The organizer shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
- Substitutions can be made until 4 October 2019
- Registration is not considered complete unless payment is received by the relevant due date
- Cancellation and substitution must be made in writing and should be sent to [email protected]

- English is the official language of the Conference
- If a visa is required to enter Bahrain, you are advised to register early and reserve your hotel accommodation
- Important correspondence will be sent to you by email
- Acceptance of registration is at the discretion of the organizers
